I managed to change the teleport coordinates, but could you update the script (if you can create a hub) and add an option to collect the gems as well? That would be very useful.

Dude, try adding a hub so we can choose where we want to be teleported to, because we can't just leave farming AFK, since it keeps teleporting from the beginning to the ice area, and that's annoying.

Suggestion: add a tp and not tp mode, because if i want to farm in 1 QI area, it will tp me to the frozen one, which slows down the farm. (Also teleports to rebirth area, which i dont want)
