why is there things like "Distance behind the target" or "Maximum allowed target velocity magnitude"? Scripters who actually makes script doesnt do that, unless its important

p.s. im add velocity amplitude, you can change this value. It works like this, if you for example get a Wand as a weapon, you are teleported to another player after using it. WRITE COMMENTS AND LIKE IT!
