My only problem I'd that giving turret ammo will make not make spawn any weapons or hit any zombies since it wouldn't do anything..

I turned this place into a * meat grinding zombie With a lot of turret, plus they started to crouch to avoid being hit by the turret. Which it absolutely work until the players stared hitting the crouching zombies
