basically, UNC but with more functions, and 100% wUNC is actually possible unlike UNC. ⚠️this could be still faked by executors, ill try to make it harder to fake but nrn, also getrunningscripts is a lil buggy but will end up checking after a couple trys so i put it there still

@LateAlways I understand the point, but this UNC script is meant to highlight executor behavior, not adapt to every design preference. Bytecode being loadable is something I want flagged, so I’m keeping the check intentional.
