VectorCode Executor 1.0

This is my first executor with more features than I've added. Please excuse me if I haven't fixed the ones I've already uploaded; I haven't had much time and there are too many errors. This is the first version of VectorCode, so it doesn't have many features. I hope some of them will be useful. I hope to continue adding upgrades to this executor; it's not much, but see for yourselves :)
