[UPDATED] Discord Invite Module

A custom module which allows you to optionally prompt an in-game Discord invite or simply allow the user to join specified Discord server. When invite prompted, the user has the option to either accept or decline your invitation request. (Note that a confirmation notice will pop up on the user's Discord client.)
