Topbar Plus

I modified this guys (https://scriptblox.com/u/Aabbaaii13) script and made it better (i think) Feature - Voice Chat detection Detect if you have voice chat enabled. Position the topbar plus move a little so as not to ruin Voice Chat. - console console/debug to view script errors this makes it easier for players to open the console without using /console or f9 (Modify script from https://scriptblox.com/u/Aabbaaii13) -Fps Counter Showing Fps (frames per second) -Ping display Showing Ping Fps and ping Not completely accurate
