@Sussy_ that only would be visual, TSB does server cooldown checks, I did try to make no CD enabled with the dex explorer, but all I saw was no cooldown visually, not gameplay-wise, sorry..
@Sussy_ this is the old version, the new version is free to use in any movesets! :D (I forgot to delete the old version)
This is V1, V2 will get to override moves that already exist, so that the moves can damage players
