ShiftLock mobile v2

When you tap a button you enable shiftlock. 1 tap - enable/disable. 2 fast taps - small/big button. 3 fast tap - delete button. New: Tap and hold for 3 sec - lock button. When button locked it cant change size and cant be deleted(yes I'm bad in english)
