Shift lock lite

This version of the shift lock is without delay. When activating the script, a square with the inscription "Move me" will appear, you need to move this square to the place you want, then click on the square, "move me" will change to "✅❔", click on the button again, and the shift lock button will appear in place of the button, which will perform the basic functions of the shift lock and there will be no delay, but it cannot be moved, deleted, or resized as in the original version. The original version of the shift lock has a delay of 0.3 seconds, but there is none here.
