L script can not be moved from screen

@Fufulmao If you're having trouble moving things around by holding down the mouse button, I apologize - this has nothing to do with the script... If necessary, just hold down the top corner of the UI with your mouse, and everything moves smoothly (Anyway, I'm not going to explain how to use a mouse, figure it out for yourselves)
