@selinatoyala it's useful for anti bring scripts (they usually make you sit to do that) but I like using it for wall walking scripts cause sitting turns off wall walking. Wall walking scripts usually makes your mouse sensitivity very high so if you use it more than once it's really hard to control the camera accurately and it won't go back down until you leave the game

Only some people know how to use anti sit its for things like Brookhaven things using anti sit you can avoid being dragged by flying couch from other exploiters there many bugs about sits using anti sit can counter a exploit who use chairs or couch to kill players in many rp and driving games.... That usually popular yo many people....... Who usually have a unanc*d chairs or items that can drag player by sitting on it

@selinatoyala There are some scripts like noclip, blackhole, bring, etc, where it's necessary to avoid certain bugs and visual glitches.
