2016 core UI

This script makes the topbar UI from 2016 but It doesn't remove the new ui. Sooo. Anyways this only works on 2016 games or games that was made when the topbar was still being used like games like hotel story insane elevator and yes it works it's just game specific I'm leaving it universal for now
