remake of an old script for RnD by cat_da_scripter

ChaosRooms sooo yeah i made an remake of an cool script that was made 2 years ago, tested only on Real Executor so CYA (Cover Your Ass) and its fully open source Key Features: Battery ESP: Automatically detects and highlights batteries through walls. (basically same as that old script) Monster Notifier: Audio alerts and on-screen warnings whenever entities spawn (A-60, A-120, Spirit, etc.) complete with hiding instructions. (same as battery esp) Fake Light: Attaches a local light source directly to the player character. Custom Speed: Speed adjustments (16 / 22 / 28) bypassing standard walkspeed limits. Controls & Interface: Draggable panel (click and hold the ChaosDev title to move it anywhere on screen). Smooth mouse unlock by holding the LeftAlt key. Hotkeys (F1–F6) for quick toggling during gameplay. Built-in self-test system on startup.
