patched Shart GUI V1

the ragdoll permadeath got patched or smth except there's a new method and im working on it original desc: "this is my magnum opus for this game SOMEHOW main feature: auto ragdoll permadeath thingie it lets you basically use hat reanimates (animations with hats for limbs) and not constantly disappear to other people on the server other things: multi gear user, reanimate engine is included, some stupid thing to give you hats for the reanimate"
