Volcano file reading fix

01/24/2026 | volcano fixed it so this is useless now recently Volcano pushed a "vulnerability" patch that broke file reads with isfile/writefile when using .lua/.json and other extensions This script adds fallback handling so UI libraries or scripts in general work without erroring this could also be used for other executors if their file reading is broken
