Silent Aim (Open Source)

The best open source silent aim you'll probably find OPTIMIZED!!! supports spear compensates for projectile gravity (e.g. bow) perfectly - i think supports dummies in shooting range (has no wallcheck, should be easy to implement yourself if you want.)
